How long does my order take to ship?

On average orders take 1 - 3 days to process. As you will see each item is thoughtfully & safely wrapped which takes a little time.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Due to various customs rules & regulations as well as tax we do not currently ship outside of the United Kingdom from this platform, however, we do offer international shipping via Etsy although prices are slightly higher due to fees charged by Etsy.

What is your return policy? 

To date we have only received 5 star reviews & not had an order returned or a dissatisfied customer,. If one is not satisfied with an item feel free to email us via the contact button on the Home page. Once you receive the return address you will need to repackage the order & pay for shipping of returned & unused products.
