💫Palo Santo

A sacred tree, cousin of both frankincense and myrrh, palo santo literally means "holy wood," when it burns, the aromatic wood releases citrus, mint and pine notes. purify air, dispel evil spirits, and cleanse negative energy from ones aura. The wood has also long been used therapeutically to soothe cold and flu symptoms, depression, emotional pain, and other ailments. The uplifting aroma of palo santo is conducive to meditation and relaxation great to use befits bed. It enhances creativity and brings good fortune. These benefits are only found when a palo santo tree dies naturally and is allowed to mature for five to eight years. That gives the oils in the wood enough time to fully mature before it is harvested and processed into sticks or essential oils.

🦪Abalone Shell

Beautiful, authentic, iridescent. Great to use with any of the mini smudge-sticks in this set, keep small crystals/objects in or simply to place in your home (possibly on your altar) for a constant stream of positive energy. Abalone healing carries energies of protection and emotional balance. It brings with it a natural shielding that blesses the person holding it with tranquility. Abalone healing is especially helpful for those going through emotional turmoil or those having a hard time dealing with a situation in a relationship. It’s soothing energy provides a layer of protection that feeds the spirit the confidence necessary to view situations from a new, more understanding perspective.

💫White Sage

A well known ceremonial plant used by many tribes as an incense and purifying herb. It cleanses people, objects and spaces. When burned it is said to allow a connection for the impartment of wisdom, clarity and is said to increase spiritual awareness. It’s no accident that we refer to wise people as sagely or sages. One thing most don’t seem to know about this particular type of sage is that it is not to be used alone. It is often the first step in cleansing as it clears everything and leaves a void. If you do not follow up with Sweetgrass or another incense that is burned with the prayers/intentions of what is allowed to come into that void/your space then it will be filled again with any energy that comes in (good or bad) because those energetic boundaries haven’t been set. This is why some could find themselves needed to smudge too frequently. Use any of the other smudgesticks in the kit after the initial cleanse with sage to call in blessings.

💫Rosemary In Bloom

I haven’t seen Rosemary smudge sticks with the all important blue flowers so I’ve waited for ours to bloom before cutting it especially as I work with Archangel Michael and his healing blue/violet ray of light. Rosemary’s ability to clear, move, and protect is well-documented in modern medicinal and holistic practices. It helps with memory as well as consecration and protection. 💫Sweetgrass

In the ancient stories of some tribes, such as the Ojibwe, Cree, Anishinaabe First Nation (Woodland Indians, to name but a few) sweetgrass is believed to be the eldest of all plants, the sacred hair of O’gushnan, Mother Earth and is often braided; the three sections representing ✨mind, ✨body, and ✨soul. Some First Nations believe the three sections of the braid represent ✨love, ✨kindness and ✨honesty. Whenever we take anything from Mother Earth we sprinkle a little tobacco (a particular kind) and say a prayer and give thanks. As a medicine woman it’s important that I always have this to hand. Each braid has been blessed, crystal charged to enhance it’s natural abilities and carry your prayers/wishes to spirit (so think about or speak on what you wish to call into your life and prepare to manifest).

💫Cedar

This is one of the four sacred healing medicines my ancestors used. It is used for protection, purification, grounding, enhancing psychic abilities with clarity, to call in harmony, prosperity and my ancestors believed this to be a offering to the spirit realm as the smoke from the cedar carried prayers up to heaven. I pray over and charge each and every item I sell. I work with Archangel Michael, specific crystals that enhance the cedars abilities to reach the angelic realms as well as protective and prosperity crystals are used when charging each smudge stick/wand to amplify these vibrations. They are also wrapped and packaged in a specific way that stops the energies being transferred to others (and from others) while on its journey to you. A method that was used in ancient times to hide ones energy especially that of oracles and Holy objects/texts during travel. You will notice this whenever you receive anything you purchase from my shop. The Cedar leaves are tied with pure cotton thread. They are hung in the home or conservatory to dry for a minimum of 4 weeks.

✨Black Salt

Comes in a plastic 16ml test-tube (11cm in length). Take care to gently squeeze then rock the cap back and forth to open without spilling. A little goes a long way, this is a complex salt with layers of protection from the herbs, flowers, seeds, crystal infusions, prayers etc please be mindful as we don’t want to salt the earth too much and shift the PH balance. Feel free to dilute with water or dry mix with sand, eggshells or brick dust for example, especially when making a protective boundary of black salt around your property. This will help shift and raise your vibration and realign you so you shouldn’t need to use it too often unless you do entity clearing work etc.

Due to my ancestors input this is no ordinary black salt. I can’t give everything away but all bases, chakras and areas are covered with this blend. For example there’s a certain type of seed included for protection against evil spirits, witches and vampires. If pursued by such evil beings (or you’re leaving a place/person with negative energies) one should cast some of this salt over the shoulder without looking back. This distracts the evil spirit in pursuit and compels them to stop and count the seeds. But as evil spirits are not very good at counting or concentrating they’ll keep loosing track and have to start over and over again. Before long they forget their original chase.
